    Actual use in every AI session

    The aim is a useful understanding of relevant applications, limitations, and next steps. Participants may evaluate a use case, practice a workflow, or build a demonstration. Sessions can support internal learning, member education, or a firm’s engagement with its clients.

    How we work

    1. Understand the audienceWe agree what the organizer wants the session to accomplish and what participants should be able to try afterward. Discuss knowledge, topic, format, date and logistics.
    2. Prepare togetherAgree session length, preparation, commercial terms, technology, materials, and host responsibilities. Prepare approved examples.
    3. Deliver and debriefDeliver the agreed session. Coaching, application builds, and implementation are separate unless specifically included.

    Clear scope, from the start.

    Distinguish a talk from hands-on practice. Agree delivery mode, audience size, tools and licenses, devices, accessibility, travel, recording and reuse rights, material ownership, confidentiality, and follow-up. Plan a fallback for live tools. Use approved, anonymized, or synthetic examples; never confidential employee data.

    A clear audience, a practical learning objective, and a host who can coordinate logistics are the essentials.
